Kjetil Holm trying out his equipment for the first time in over 6 months and Einar Gilberg, me, with my first "progressive movement training"-workout. In the spirit of Paul Anderson I will try to get a 290 kg raw deep squat and this was my first training session with this weight. I will lower the rack each week and hopefully do a single full squat in a while. Ofcourse I do full squats with 200+ kgs for many sets prior and after the limited motion-training in the power-rack.
