A. 1999 because that's the year Aaron got his hair cut short. (thanks sa130997 for that answer)

Q. How old was Aaron in this?
A. Aaron was 11 years old.

Q. What song is Aaron singing?
A. He is singing Ain't That Cute.

Q. I've never heard that song before... Where can I hear the whole thing?
A. It's on his first CD. The CD is called "Aaron Carter." Ain't That Cute is the 10th song on the CD.

Q. Why was Aaron crying?
A. Because, growing up, Nick and Aaron were always touring and/or in the studio, recording, and didn't get to see each other that often. Aaron was just very happy to see Nick again.

Q. Who is the girl Nick brought out?
A. I don't know.

Q. Is the girl Angel, Aaron's twin sister?
