Billy Crawford (né le 16 mai 1982) est un chanteur de teen pop d'origine américano-philippine. Il s'est fait découvrir dans un bowling à l'age de 3 ans et commence à jouer des petits rôles dans des films aux Philippines.
En 1996 Billy danse avec Michael Jackson.
S'il a connu le succès en tant que chanteur en France avec tout d'abord "Trackin" (il a eu une liaison avec Lorie à cette époque), il est presque inconnu aux États-Unis et dans le reste du monde. Il a également tenu en 2005 l'un des rôles principaux du film L'Exorciste : aux sources du mal, de Paul Schrader. En 2005, il parcourt la France pour la tournée Big City Tour avec un passage au Zénith de Paris le 20 mars. De même, il assure la tournée Summer Tour en 2006. La même année, il crée sa propre ligne de vêtements et sort une autobiographie intitulée "La Musique et Moi" dans laquelle il raconte ses 20 ans d'expérience.
